Doanh Nguyen is a professional business lawyer licensed with Practice Certificate No. 16067/TP/LS-CCHN and Lawyer ID Card No. 15089/LS.
He is affectionately referred to as the "Legal buddy of the startup community" for his significant contributions in providing legal advice and support to hundreds of startups, technology companies, and venture capitalists in Vietnam.

meet the founder
As the founder of STARTUP LAW VIETNAM, Attorney Doanh and his team have designed services specifically tailored to startups, technology companies, and venture capitalists, aligning with the legal framework in Vietnam while remaining compatible with international startup and investment practices.
A graduate of Ho Chi Minh City Law University, with over 14 years of experience practicing international business and commercial law at multinational corporations, Doanh is one of the few legal experts in Vietnam specializing in intellectual property, technology, creative industries, fundraising, and venture capital. He is deeply involved in startup operations as an Advisory Board member and Board of Directors member, making him highly attuned to and genuinely interested in the Vietnamese startup community.
Doanh is currently the CEO of LDC LAWYERS and LAWYER ACADEMY, headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City. He is also the founder of VNIPR – an organization dedicated to promoting and protecting intellectual property rights in Vietnam to safeguard intellectual property owners from infringement.

September 2023: Participated as a speaker in the "Starting a Business or Starting a Startup" Talkshow at the University of Law, Ho Chi Minh City.

August 2023 - Present: Invited as a panelist for discussions on the impact of Resolution 98 on the startup community and innovation in Ho Chi Minh City as part of the Startup Marketplace program by the People's Radio of Ho Chi Minh City - VOH.

May 2022: Served as a judge in the Final Round of the Student Startup Competition at the University of Law, Ho Chi Minh City.

March 2021 - Present: Contributed as an expert, advisor, and mentor in the Startup Marketplace program by the People's Radio of Ho Chi Minh City - VOH.
